Please assist, I have been struggling to make an order for my son. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. The app doesn’t allow me to get to the order tab. Therefore I cannot order. This app is not compatible with iPhone 7
Iphone 7 I have been unable to do anything on the app si ce the update on 25th April. I have deleted it and logged in and out but still same issues. Chatted with the consultant on26th but she could not help. I cannot load payments, order or see any transactions on the app. Please fix it.
In the age of so much fraud and vishing, why would you not accept virtual cards?
Seems like a great idea however it doesn’t send an OTP. Perhaps an email verification as a secondary option would be a good idea. Pity
Overall great app, convenient and easy to use, but since I have done the upgrade I cannot top up my wallet and shows an error but no text to indicate what the problem is. Wish I didn’t go with the upgrade, I wouldn’t have this issue.
I’m trying to load money in my wallet and it is throwing an error without telling me what the problem is. I’ve tried loading a new card and the same error pop up without any text pops up.
This is a great app to use but could be better as there is no complaints or dispute section. Products are redeemed whereas products weren’t given to the customer. Therefore, there should be another way to communicate this to them. App is convenient.
Dosent have all the items on the app. The search by category system is broken. Finally you can no longer scan QR codes ur device has to be scanned.
Really useful app. Great tool for a parent. Just frustrating that your checkout basket is completely lost and has to be redone if you need to top up funds. And most products don’t have pictures which is hard for the little guys to imagine what they want. But otherwise, works a charm!
Would be great if one could see which child order is placed for. Also, a single checkout for both breaks would be great.
