Placed a pick up order and one item isn’t ready. Please update app to show only one item instead of both. This is a waste of time.

I can’t get one thing it make me add 35$ worth of stuff and I can’t get one item

I’ve had this app for years and it works at best 50% of the time to get to the register and actually receive the discount, gift card, whatever. Today I purchased the required items to receive a $15 gift card but was unable to add the promotion to my wallet, even by scanning the QR code in the aisle. Then everyone behind you in line is annoyed. Then the scanner wouldn’t scan my barcode so I didn’t get the coupons I had added to my wallet. All in all this app is a hassle and a scam.

My vision is not the best but still able to read quite well with glasses. When checking out I only found one way to pay and that was Apple pay. I searched the site for 15 minutes until I clicked on Apple pay and other payment options dropped down. Payment type should be mote visable.

Great same day delivery. Great communications with my shopper regarding substitutions for items out- of-stock.

There have been more than once where an item is missing. There conciliatory attitude is important.

After a same day delivery, the app opens the tip your shopper screen. There is no close button, no ask me later button, no nothing. You have to tip the shopper before you can do anything else. It is very frustrating.

It was so quick to order online for my daughter’s back to school items. I also do grateful for the quick pick up time.
