It's so frustrating to use the app. Constant bugs, can't access my cart most of the time. Now it tells me i can't add things into my cart when they are available. So ridiculous

First impression was not a pleasant one. App keeps reloading and informing error has occurred. Took me ages to finish the purchase. Quiet disappointed.

A bit hard to workout checkout. I thought S’Land was a good place to click & collect.

It shouldn’t be this painful to use an app to spend money? Half the time the product you want to look at won’t load, check out requires multiple sign ins, and the UI is terrible.

Spend an hour shopping, then no stock left when I get to the check out. Happens alll the time.

App is easy enough to use, would be great if items could be put into layby like the big w app

I’m not sure if it’s the clearance sake or what but this app has a mind if it’s own. Takes this out of cart, adds things you actually didn’t want. You can’t click on certain things, I managed to actually get all I could in my cart now I can’t even load so I didn’t purchase. It almost did once then instead of going to the pay page we went back to the wishlist. I gave up. Just saved myself $259 a guess.

It’s not at all easy to use when your product is not available please don’t show it online just don’t when it is low stock write it before check out I don’t know what every time I shop from this site it’s like brain get screwed

Added 20+ items to my cart and now it has just stopped loading the pages. Annoyinggggg
