They losted my two luggages and no information. All the numbers and email are like fake, I can not get through or being replied. And this app doesn’t even have a luggage information stuff, now I’m losing money because of waiting for my luggages and I don’t know until when. Don’t fly this airline for you and your families’ health.
Ii lipsește foarte multe setări cum a fi de exemplu dacă vrei însoțitor pt un minor și nu are opțiunea de a selecta doar plecare
Cea mai proasta aplicatie pentru o companie aviatica dintre toate cele existente. Nu coreleaza datele , este extrem de lenta,nu recunoaste rezervarile propriei companii,nu trimite sms, mail , nu se poate realiza un check in corect...etc. mai bine o retrageti de pe net. Este o rusine
No sirve la aplicación falla
Comparimg to any other flight company App, almost useless. Cannot create an account, checkin worst than before the app,... needs a lot of improvement
App doesn't generate pdf boarding card nor mobile barcode. You must get the pdf boarding card from the website. It seems impossible to get the mobile barcode from neither of them. Useless app then.
