Cannot login -HELP!

I have tried multiple times to get logged in but every time I get an error that “something has gone wrong.” I want to use the app so that I don’t have to use the web version. Help me please! I would like to know how others are even using this app!

Reimbursement doesn’t happen

Multiple times I request a transfer of the funds on “my cash” and I get the confirmation message at the end of the request and “my cash” balance shows as 0, but a couple days later the funds have not transferred and there is no record of my request. So frustrating.

It should be obvious when you log in who you are dealing with as a company. Also, I don’t see clear instructions for anything. This is a supplement insurance app so I would expect to see procedures and also be able to look up costs of care with deductible. It is made just like people view insurance companies, they don’t want you to use it but they want you to pay for it.

Find the app difficult to find explanations of expenses. No help section to understand what certain options mean such as My Cash.

This app is irritating and so is the process

The app is difficult to use from time to time and when you use the card at a doctors office or dentist office you should not be having to turn in extra receipts. I show on my app that a bill has been paid and I continue to get the bill from the medical facility. The 800 number closes at five most people work till five. I can’t find a straight email for help. It wants you to choose a multiple-choice answer that doesn’t fit. They want to be a service they need to be available.

Very difficult reimbursement procedure and speaking to customer service was not a positive experience. Unreasonable customer service representative that would not listen to what I was saying. Will not continue to participate next year. Bad experiences only

So far everything has worked great with them. No real complaints. Just the App keeps crashing when I log in. The website works well and very informative on you account.

Debit card and reimbursements not working

I am extremely dissatisfied with the current situation involving my daycare FSA debit card. Despite having sufficient funds, my card was declined twice. When I called for assistance, I was informed that there are ongoing issues with both the debit cards and the reimbursement process, with no estimated date for resolution. This is entirely unacceptable, as deductions are being taken from our paychecks, yet we are forced to pay out of pocket without any certainty of reimbursement. The lack of a guaranteed reimbursement option is particularly disappointing and adds to the frustration.
