I like the app a lot. But one thing is missing is that I cannot create subfolders in my projects. So I have to creating projects and it’s looking very cluttered and have to scroll a lot. I wish I was able to create categories then create projects in them. Over all, good app.
I am just getting started, but after exploring every nook and cranny this app has to offer, I am confident in my prediction that this will be hands down one of — if not the absolute — best app I will ever have the privilege of utilizing. Bravo! & Thanks. ♡
Need to be able to time stamp every entry in any given task or subtask to keep track of progress in a given task. Have not found a way to archive projects. Team has been responsive in answering my questions.
I love task flow, and it doesn’t have a bunch of paywalled features, which is great
Getting better
Update 10/2/24 I've been using this app for a few months now, so much that I do not use Reminders any more and Notes are just for that taking notes. I use it daily throughout the day. Whenever I think of something that I need to do I just open up the app and add it whether on my iMac, Macbook, iPad or iPhone. And it instantly shows up on all of them. Here are a few things I really like: Easy to add a task Easy to drag a task from one Project or Section to another. Sections may be my favorite. I can have for example Must Do, Do Later, Anytime and simply arrange my tasks by dragging them from one section to another. It's a pain in any other app I've tried. And you have the features like setting a date, repeat, etc. And lately I haven't ran into any issues. Awesome app! I bought the yearly plan mainly to keep it going for years to come. ------------------------------------- Update 8/27/24 I had a feeling that support was on vacation since it is summer... They said they will add an undo although I still don't like the idea that dragging from one column could inadvertantly make it a subtask of an existing task, I made extra effort to drop it at the bottom of the column. How about add it to the column we are going for FIRST then if we want to make it a sub task for a task in that colum we can go through the additional step... As far as the popup I haven't seen it this past month or so. So not sure how I got it. Update: I started using this again and while it seems to be improved slightly I ran into an issue when I was dragging a task in Board view from one column to another and it ended up as a subtask on another task. I could not get it out and had to delete it and start over. I sent a support request and no response. I did find I could fix it in Listview. But no support and still buggy I'm not ready to commit to this app even though it's my favorite task mgr app so far.
Nice but it would be nice if you could duplicate tasks. I use the Mac app but it does not populate my tasks on my phone app.
This appears to be a useful and advanced task manager. But when we went to Help instead of going to a Web sie with a User Guide on how to use the app, it took us just to an email support window.
After the update the All task does not work. I’m using an iPad.
