Task Player Reviews

Please add End Time for All Tasks on List

Hojiwa on

This would make it infinitely more useful for estimating how much one can actually do in a day when planning the day!

THE BEST ROUTINE APP BY FAR

Mensa Man on

United States

Use this every day to stay disciplined. Most routine apps fail when they don’t push you to get a task done in a certain time. Not enough time to complete the task. Easy... just modify the task by adding a bit more time. I suggest thinking about what you have to do every day. Another way is to add each task you are currently doing and then adjust the time to be realistic. This app gives you total freedom to modify your routine. If you faithfully use this app you will find you get much more done in a day and you don’t forget the important things. A very satisfied user.

Different and great idea

AmyB8484 on

United States

This is a very unique approach, and it really helps me. I have ADHD, so it's hard for me to stay on task. This helps me to stay focused on what I'm doing. I like that you can customize the picture on each project. This app has really helped me to focus and get things done, and I haven't found another exactly like it, so I hope it stays around.

Missing crucial function

CaseyFaceVA on

United States

I wish it would tell me the end time for the whole “playlist” of tasks, and not just the current task. For example, I want to make a playlist for all the tasks required to clean my house. I put it all together and then want to know what time I’ll be done with the entire list so I can plan accordingly, make adjustments if needed, know how much I need to rush, etc. Also being able to adjust color tags by category rather than task length would be very useful.

Does what it's supposed to do perfectly

I use it for everything!

"Albums" for routines, "songs" for actions, throw in a task timer, hit play and off you go.

Great, but no backup/restore

hufriedy on

This app is great, but setting it up would be a lot easier if I could restore settings or back them up. Too much work to redo on something like setting up repeating detailed task lists.

Meh.

Kind of a pointless app. Deleting.

Great! Love it! So much better than 30/30! And btw unless you are a dummy you should be able to figure out the very easy controls. Here's a little help: Long swipe a task right to delete, short swipe a task right to cross off, swipe a task left to play, and if you need more help simply push the small little button that has an i on it. Here's some things I use Task Player to do: Staying on task when cleaning my room or the house Doing schoolwork Doing my (amazing) morning routine Love the design! -Levi the friendly app reviewer Also try... A timer, with categories

Keysopendoors on

United States

Adding a timer to daily tasks doesn't make getting things done any more fun. Clocks are not games, this app doesn't make completing tasks any different from completing tasks.
