Taskade - AI Agents, Chat Bots

My conversations with the AI agent I created aborted and the chats on regular AI missing. I tried to asked an help but it takes 2 days to be replied by real person.

Is it a sheep?

I know this is a review for the app, which works great. But the website is a bit confusing and doesn’t explicitly state that there’s different pricing plans for the web version (pro plan) versus the mobile version (plus plan) I got the subscription for the pro plan/web version but even that’s not working on my account when I use the web version on my computer. It keeps telling me to upgrade. Any help would be appreciated.

Only used the app for a few weeks then forgot about it. No email to say my renewal was up and just got charged. No option to request a refund either. Poor way to conduct business if you ask me

Taskade has completely transformed the way I manage my tasks and projects! The user interface is sleek and intuitive, making it incredibly easy to navigate. I love how I can create lists, organize my thoughts, and collaborate seamlessly with my team in real-time. The customization options are fantastic, allowing me to tailor my workspace to fit my needs. The variety of templates available saves me time, and I appreciate the ability to integrate with other tools I use daily. I’m still migrating over to it. I’m used to GTD or Sprint systems, and I’ve used apps like Todoist or FacileThings, but AI is a serious game changer. Instead of Evernote or Obsidian, Taskade lets you drop knowledge bases as simple text files or mind maps. Then the real magic is you can design an Ai Agent, select the knowledge bases to use, and just ask it for the information! Of course, you can manually review your own data if you want to. This also introduces a strange new way to organize tasks. Within a project, everything is considered a task. It’s something the devs are say they’re working on. In the meantime, any node you assign yourself to and/or assign a date to can be viewed easily in a task menu; kind of like Evernote. When you tap a task, it takes you straight to its location in the relevant project surrounded by its context. Here again is where AI is awesome. If you write about how import or urgent tasks are in the information, you could also just ask an AI what you complete that day - even what you should complete first or next. It avoids the minutiae of GTD micromanaging. You can even create your review process in the Agent’s details and have it check for skipped tasks, skipped events if you have an event list, upcoming commitments or deadlines (again, if you label items appropriately), your list of Areas of Responsibilites, etc. Something I’ve found very helpful is including a bullet journal with my knowledge base. That way it can speak to what I’ve already done! Beyond even all of this, the knowledge work the AI is capable of it tremendous! It brainstorms office activities for me, rephrasing my grievances into warmly worded emails, provides me with nutritional meal plans that accommodate my whole family, gives me easy beginnner workouts when I’m lazy or intense workouts when I’m inspired, plans my personal tasks separated by activities I enjoy, gives me a stern talking to when I’m lazy as well as reminding me why something is important and encouraging me to go do it with easy first steps, provides me with cognitive behavioral therapy analysis, offers dialectical behavioral therapy tools, and the list just keeps going! I have agents for specific hobbies to provide specific types of information. I have agents that are programmed with my spiritual background and needs so it can help me feel connected to life and give me the type of moral guidance I want. This is a great app!

It can take a good 2-3 days to get back with you when your having an issue. When they do get back to you, they just don’t bother with a follow up. I asked about my subscription and the 30 day money back deal, and about 2-3 days later somebody sent an email saying they will look into it. I followed up about 4 days later and their response was get your refund through Apple because they can’t do anything. After a couple of days Apple takes away the option to refund apps through the website and you have to wait till you can actually talk to someone.

The app runs slow on my iPad Pro 4th Generation with 1TB and the upgraded chip. It wont even open any more on my MacBook. It has not been updated for 4 months in the Mac App Store and when I download the program for Mac from the website I still get the spinning wheel of death. I’m not playing with the phone app really because that’s not where I want to do most of the work. I want to use the phone for reviewing but I as it stands, I can’t get anything done in this thing so I'm not going to bother. I would love it if these guys got their team the resources they need to polish this thing up better. It would be great if they did. I know asking for a feature seems counter productive considering my primary complaint, but I use Motion for auto scheduling my day and if they could add this feature as well, I would be so happy! It seems to be the only missing feature I need to switch all my task Management. Ill be watching these guys and hopefully they double their workforce so they can fix their problems and add some new features. Ill pay through the nose for an app like this if it functions properly and auto schedules.
