This is a great app!

It can take a good 2-3 days to get back with you when your having an issue. When they do get back to you, they just don’t bother with a follow up. I asked about my subscription and the 30 day money back deal, and about 2-3 days later somebody sent an email saying they will look into it. I followed up about 4 days later and their response was get your refund through Apple because they can’t do anything. After a couple of days Apple takes away the option to refund apps through the website and you have to wait till you can actually talk to someone.

The app runs slow on my iPad Pro 4th Generation with 1TB and the upgraded chip. It wont even open any more on my MacBook. It has not been updated for 4 months in the Mac App Store and when I download the program for Mac from the website I still get the spinning wheel of death. I’m not playing with the phone app really because that’s not where I want to do most of the work. I want to use the phone for reviewing but I as it stands, I can’t get anything done in this thing so I'm not going to bother. I would love it if these guys got their team the resources they need to polish this thing up better. It would be great if they did. I know asking for a feature seems counter productive considering my primary complaint, but I use Motion for auto scheduling my day and if they could add this feature as well, I would be so happy! It seems to be the only missing feature I need to switch all my task Management. Ill be watching these guys and hopefully they double their workforce so they can fix their problems and add some new features. Ill pay through the nose for an app like this if it functions properly and auto schedules.

I have an iPhone 12 and when using the app it will take upwards of 30 seconds to change from line to line, and hitting enter to create a new line causes issues. Wasn’t always like this, and it’s a shame to see. Great app, bad bugs. Makes using it on mobile impossible. Still love the desktop version but this needs to be fixed!

Crashes immediately on startup. Unfortunate because I was enjoying this on my laptop. This will block me from adopting.

This app is extremely difficult to work you have to take classes and courses to learn how to work it

Helps my wife and I plan dinners and make lists for projects! Live updating is soooo helpful!

I feel like the integration of the database and tasks features with AI and alllll the different things you can do with AI is absolutely revolutionary the way that they do it. It is making my life and business so much more fun with the addition of organization and AI
