I have been using ToDoCloud for more than 10 years since before it was ToDoCloud. I use it to keep both my personal life and my work life organized. Its array of lists, smart lists, tasks, projects and checklists provides for extensive tracking of task. All items can be dated, timed, prioritized and tagged. The search function is inclusive. Appigo support has been very helpful on the couple of occasions when syncing failed me.
Syncing with my iOS devices is very useful, but I find the desktop software to be very buggy. In the middle of editing a task, for example, the app will suddenly attempt a sync and the task you're editing will be replaced by another unrelated task from your list.

I’ve used this app for years and found it very useful and user-friendly. How do I add a time to a task while I’m creating the task? It seem I have to create the task and go back into it after to add the time. I’m speaking of tasks that are not all-day or multi-day tasks.
I have been a satisfied customer for a number of years but this latest version really is a problem. I have an iPhone 11 and when you enter what list the task is supposed to be saved under, a scroll down menu appears at the very top of the iPhone but it is mostly blocked out by the camera at the top of the phone. The bottom line is that it is actually impossible to change the list that the task goes into because you cannot scroll due to the camera at the top of the phone! How could this happen? It’s not like iPhones are unusual phones! Doesn’t anybody test the app before releasing it?

Ive been using this app for several years now to run my company and it has been working great since. Keep up the good work .
They may have worked hard on this latest update but the results are disappointing. I can add a photo to my account but it is not saved so what’s the point? The Home Screen greets me by name but I guess my name is “null” despite having a name on my account. Biggest issue is adding new Tasks. No longer can it be done on one screen in one go. Now we have to hit the big + button, add <some> details but if we want repeats or any other details, we have to save it then reopen to get to the screen we could get to right away before. I am all for progress but making changes just for the sake of making changes is not progress.
11 versions and I still can’t access a link created in another app, not as a link added (pasted) as an Action or pasted into a task note.
I suppose if you live a complicated business life this app would fill the job. Otherwise, be prepared for a learning skill overkill.
