THIS COMPANY IS STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED! I had 2 tasks which I had terrible experiences, the quality of the work was not satisfying at all, careless and not professional. I had to pay more than double of initial amount for a very poor service, even ended up with a floor damage. Furthermore, they closed my tasks without my approval, not only blocked me to put my feedback about the person who carried out the tasks, but also transferred the money to that person without my approval. The customer service is the worst, and attempted to blame and threaten me on top of everything. I still tried to find a resolution with them by requesting my feedback to be published. Although they agreed initially, they didn't publish my feedback after seeing my comments, stating that "they want to avoid negative feedback". I got misled by the person's review score before hiring him, and since my feedback are blocked, I have an impression that the reviews on this platform are highly manipulated. Not only they mislead the prospective customers, but also they create unfair competition for the individuals who want to work through their platform. I will further deal with this company on the legal basis. I strongly suggest you to stay away, go with REAL professionals for your tasks.

Senaste uppdateringen av appen är ett riktigt ansiktslyft och användarvänlig. Enkelt, smidigt och prisvärt med RUT-avdraget att få hjälp med småfix. Jag har använt tjänsten flera gånger och kommer fortsätta med det. Kan rekommenderas.
