fix it nothing i try works it’s still an issue

I love this app dearly and I use it so many times a day but all of a sudden it won’t open and my whole life is saved on here I even tried in another device and nothing, please fix asap

This looked like it was going to be a great app. I can’t even sign up to use it! It wants me to agree to the terms and conditions but when I try to read what these terms and conditions are, I get a page error. Going back to the App Store and tapping on the App Help link, I also get a 403 Forbidden page. So much for that…

I was so sad when they got rid of this app. It is the only one that has worked for me to keep me organized. The epitome of UX design.

i love this app, but it does need some fixing... some bugs to be fixed: - difficult to delete tasks - when opened the app rotates my screen (so i have to click out & click back on the app every time) - no longer allowing me to add icons for my tabs - keyboard works horrible!! this is definitely the biggest problem, & the root of some of the other issues. when the keyboard pops to type it hides the entire lower half of screen. you can't scroll to view more or the task will delete (i always end up using a bluetooth keyboard) - hard to navigate - color customization is really difficult (took 30 mins for it to stop clicking out & deleting progress) - calendar doesn't always work - copy & pasting is made difficult because of the keyboard

I watched a few of the developers live streams on tiktok and I couldn’t wait. I finally remembered about it and downloaded it. It was going so well. I made personal tabs and lists. It’s exactly what I need as a planner app. But all of a sudden it crashed. I assumed it was like any other app crashing so I closed the app and refreshed it. Still no change. So I deleted and reinstalled hoping I could just re-login to the app. But it was still the same thing. All that happened was a white screen with the pop up of offering money. I’m low on Money this month so I was going to pay in a few months but maybe not now.

Has great potential. Very into the customization and aesthetics, but there are definitely some bugs. Hoping the developers respond and fix the issues!

LOVED this app to begin with but after a couple of months it froze on a grey screen and has been that way since. I have tried apple support and its not my phone and I cannot get in contact with anyone from radcollab to troubleshoot. I am hoping an update will come soon that fixes the issue because I truly love this app! Everyone should download!

I’ve been trying to sign up on this app every once in a while since I first saw it ok Tik Tok a year ago. I’ve tried on three devices. It either won’t load the app at all or If it does, when I attempt to register it says, ‘Failure to Register’ or some such and that’s that. It’s the same on all three. I keep trying because I want so badly to use/ enjoy this app, but alas, it isn’t to be.
