I’ve used this app for a while and it’s always been fine until about a year ago. I signed up for Tastea rewards in the app through “Connect with Facebook” and up until about a year ago, the Tastea app wouldn’t let me log in through this method. When I click it, it leads me to my Facebook, then it says “Error: feature unavailable: Facebook login is currently unavailable for this app.” The issue is, my phone number and rewards account is connected with this account so I never know how many points I have. I went on the Tastea website and sent them an email regarding this issue a few months ago, and they never responded.
Asks me to login and then verify info and then errors saying number is already taken ???
I'm trying to redeem my Free Birthday Reward before it expires soon but I'm having trouble logging into the App. So I forgot my password and after multiple attempts I finally received an email to reset it. It was successful, but then once I input all my info to login there's a Verification Details part I can't get passed because my "Phone has already been taken." I'm just trying to Login! So now I'm stuck being on your email list for rewards I have no access to through the app. LAME! :(
Good app that makes ordering very convenient. Ordering is clear and easy, pickup time is accurate, the special app deals are great value, and the rewards system is nice.
I’ve been saving up my points (about 2k) on the app and using them sparingly. I wanted to see how many points I had and to also look at what locations were close to me (since they keep shutting down locations) and now the app isn’t working. Why?? I get an “oops” message with a bunch of code on it. When I do get to the main screen absolutely nothing is loading and nothing is working.
The stupid app won't let me log in. Kept saying that my phone number is taken. Duh!! Coz that's me and that's my log in. Fix that!
Seriously, this is frustrating. All I want to do is sign on. I put the correct email and as im signing on, it makes me verify my information. I enter my phone number in and it keeps saying that it’s already on file. There is no option to bypass this and it is frustrating.
It is a buggy mess.
You can arranged pickup time to the time you want, but it doesn’t mean the store will have it ready for you at the set time. Happened 4-5 time for me already where this is late. One time particularly frustrating is when I came in at the set pickup time, San Jose Capitol/Berryessa my drink (ordered 1) is not ready, waited an additional 25 minutes for it to get done while I noticed a person that walked in 10 min after I arrived, ordered at the store and got her drink 1-2 min before me!! Sorry for the wait doesn’t cut it, something is messed up with this delivery system. They maybe having two queues going and the online queue was just slower then the other one. But come on app should integrate with the store and get things working together.
