Shopee MY: No Shipping Fee

I had ordered food from Amritsar. Point no. 1) it came 24 hours late. It was suppose to come on 25th June but it got delivered on 26th June. Point no. 2) coz it was 24 hours late the food also had gone stale. It was just not edible. When I opened the packet it was sticking as hell. I had to dump it all in dustbin. Point no. 3) I had ordered my food from two different items from two different. Amritsary Kulcha with chole from Pehelwan Kulcha house, and Shahi Paneer from Kesar da dhaba. but surprisingly both the items chole and paneer had exactly the same gravy. How is it possible that two different restaurants are serving food with exactly same gravy. So this proves that they are lying and they don’t pick up food from the restaurant they say they are going to pick up from. It’s all a scam and this app is not trust worthy. I will never order from this app again.

App and idea is too good. My suggestion would be to deliver the food in original packing as received from the food shop/ Resturants. Otherwise authenticity is doubtful

I ordered two items on the 15th and after 3 days I am still being told the order will be delivered and it has still not been delivered. Their support team doesn’t respond on WhatsApp or Mail. They keep changing the status of the order everyday and tell me it will be delivered but it never comes and their support number is also non-functional. Do not order from this app otherwise you will lose money and will have to endlessly chase after the customer service to no avail

Apart from the 1 week late thing, the delivery was good.

Happy with the delivery as it happened before the committed time and was notified each time the status of delivery changed. I find the delivery tracking being offered by T2P more efficient and accurate than Swiggy and Zomato

Please be super careful. They take orders and don't deliver. On asking for a refund - even that does not happen. Today I am waiting for my refund for 90 days and no one responding. And the order was canceled by their team. So order on own risk. While few might have got the food delivered, This seems a scam to me.

A completely fraudulent app with absolutely irresponsible and cheats running this app. None of their customer support phone no.s work and there is no way to catch hold of anyone who is responsible .

Hurray!.. Kudos to you guys! I am very thankful to Taste 2 Plate for delivering my favourite Lucknow Non Veg food to Bangalore. The food was fresh , properly packed , well maintained and delivered on time. Thank You Team!

Great food delivered every time from my hometown Kolkata. Keep it up

Had placed an order and paid extra for express delivery. When I did not receive the food, I called them, no one picked phone. On contacting over WhatsApp, the representative called from an unknown number and told that flight has been rescheduled. I asked for refund to which he agreed. But then I received message that order is delivered, after calling again my order was put on hold and I wasn’t able to cancel it. Till date the refund has not happened and order is still on hold which I cannot cancel anymore. The answer from WhatsApp rep is “Sir, as of now there is no update.”
