There is no use of this.
It’s been a year now I have the broadband and till date the application has not let me login into the app. On the browser it works and on app it says wrong username and password. I have reset it so many time but not helpful at all.
Forgot password email gets delayed. Further process of password change gets stuck at the last stage.
My Account Never Logs In in the app. Everytime it says wrong password and after resetting the password it still says wrong password. And the website is also unusable, it keeps logging out after every click. I have complained to TataTeleBroadband Customer Care several times and through the help from within the app, they said had done something and that I should try logging in again, never works.

The app is so convenient and saves me a lot of time, especially when it comes to managing multiple products.
I was able to create a ticket and manage multiple products with just one login. The ability to view and pay bills online was especially helpful.
I am very pleased with the results. It is incredibly user friendly and allows me to quickly create tickets, view and pay bills, and manage multiple products from a single login.
It's a great way to stay organized and on top of all the things that come with being a customer.
