I always struggle to connect with this app. When I manage to connect am sometimes cut off abruptly which is very annoying. However the rates are very low and affordable.

VERY PRIMITIVE
This app is very primitive in its in-app purchase of recharges. I have been using it for the past year and EVERY time I have to recharge, I have to contact support and prove that I have purchased airtime (which usually takes a day for apple to send an invoice) so they take your money and then you only get recharge on your account a day later if you are lucky! I have informed support and technical team everytime and NOTHING has been done! I would not recommend it for use on Apple as they are failing to integrate correctly and it being Zimbabwean one has to be skeptical of whether you may never get your recharge one day if you do not get a response from their support. Would not recommend it if you need to make an urgent call as you will have to wait for them to manually credit your account.
