TAV Facility is a complete tool to manage Building Management system for Villa or gated community. TAV Facility will be used by Property Managers, Residents Association Council members & Residents. The main features of TAV Facility is Create task and monitor task of the particular residential. Residents can make complaint, house defects and common area defect via task and the building managers monitor the complain and rectify the request. TAV Facility makes Resident & Building managers ease to communicate and share ideas and issues. TAV Facility has many more features which convenient to residents and property manager to manage the property easily.

Improved Switching Units
It is good to have colorful UI. Since developer do not want to create separate acc for owner with multiple acc, that I can switch unit through one login, I urge developer to make it seamless & stable. This is because at the moment, in order for me to see monthly invoices / payment receipts / any documents, I have to logout, and login back then I am able to see the documents, I cannot view it if I just switch unit from the button u provide in the app. Please fix it, as I really needed it to be smooth so I am able to make payment easily, or else it is such a hassle. Thank you
