Booked a cab Saturday and the app said a Skoda had arrived. Got into the ONLY Skoda that had pulled up only to find out when I arrived back to the house that it wasn’t the one which I had booked. Though my boyfriend in the car mentioned about the metre running, I told him it was paid for already through the app and the driver (also a Cabonline driver) was opportunistic enough to not inform us during the conversation that he wasn’t booked on the app, waiting for us to pull up to my house to ensure he got a full fare too. Cabonline when I complained claimed the gps signal showed another car was there. From my view the app is obviously premature in notifying a car by has arrived. Deleting app.
