I tried ordering a taxi for the next day, which is a function in the app. The next day comes, I wait outside at the decided time and place. No taxi shows up. No notifications on the app, no phone call (my number had been given). Nothing. After waiting for 15 minutes I tried to call them on their number but no one picked up the phone. Then I tired ordering a new taxi on the app, and it said it would arrive in two minutes. Nothing again. After waiting for 30 minutes I got a different taxi that happened to be driving by. I don’t recommend using this app as it clearly doesn’t work.
