Good idea but lacking in accountability. They don’t turn up with no explanation and charge what they want and you’re unable to review them. Better getting normal taxi

Taxi never turn up despite it showing in the app that they have picked you up and your on your way

Best way to describe this is a 7 year old has tried to replicate Uber. The app crashes (a lot), you can never actually get a taxi and you have to be a member to pay through the app, otherwise it’s cash. Worst app I’ve ever used, I was tempted to walk back from Palma to our hotel which would’ve taken well over an hour

Always got a cab even though we were in the middle of nowhere. Polite drivers and great service

INCREDIBLY poor and actually offensive. Not that they care at all but this app is so poor it’s as if it’s a social experiment in wasting people’s roaming data. Doesn’t find ANY location that isn’t a very famous landmark. Doesn’t seem to be actually contacting any taxi drivers. When the drivers turn up they are spectacularly rude - called my fiancée a ‘gran puta’ - after waiting two hours in the sun. If you expect it to be like any taxi service in the developed world, forget it: this is Ibiza after all. An island held together with masking tape.

Worked fine the first day with a trip to Siam from our villa after that struggled to get a taxi. Wouldn’t even find a driver and the few times it did they drove off. Wouldn’t recommend!!!

This application has so much potential to solve so many issues on the island of Ibiza, but fails to do so unfortunately. For a few years, I’ve seen how the application was updated, but somehow it is very buggy and closed on startup. Now with the latest version the app does launch but gives an error message that is incomprehensible. I really wish that the team working on this application improves these challenges.
