The app is unable to send verification sms messages to foreign phone numbers, so tourists can’t register and use the app ( unlike many other taxi apps around the world). Major design flaw.

App thinks I have no internet connection, when I do. Used to work great here in Hamburg, no more. Am forced to used FreeNow

I moved to Germany not a long time ago, and I was happy that I found an app, where I can book taxi online. It’s a bit expensive, but still affordable. I was using this app for like 6-7 times to book taxi, but unfortunately it stopped working. Every time, when I want to book taxi it’s says system error. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, I made new account, but still the same issue. I would be happy if you would fix this error, so I could use it in the future too.

Scamming scheme!! The price at the point of booking doesn’t stay and the driver gives a dearer and completely different price and states the price at the beginning is a “basic price” which is absolute ridiculous as we never done any detours or stops!! Would not recommend and will never be using again!!!

Used this app in Antwerp. Driver took another route making he ride 25% more expensive. When calling dispatch they said it’s because the driver cannot look at the app. Either the app is useless or the Antwerp dispatch is (on top of being very rude and me having to call them three times). In that case, taxi.eu should think better about who to go on board with. (Check google reviews for example, where Antwerp-Tax has 2.6 stars and only bc they made employees rate it 5 stars - there are reviews that say they work there - otherwise it would only have one star, and that’s only bc you can’t star a company zero stars.)

Doesn't add my payment method to the trip so I end up having to pay cash. Very annoying for work trips. Please fix and I'll change my review.

I got to where I needed to go, but it cost 3x what it said on the app. Also don’t move the map around or it will redirect the driver

I know there’s taxis around me because I’ve seen many cabs in my area but when it searched it found none, and I mean NONE! Plenty in all the neighbouring areas but none for mine, useless and pathetic app.

Reliable & punctual. Very easy to use. Pleased as i couldn't get their largest competitors' app to work whilst on holiday. Driver arrived on time & was very honest - asked my permission to go the slightly more expensive (5%) but twice as fast route.
