Top aplikacija, prikaze taxije v blizini. Brez dolgega nepotrebnega cakanja. Taxi pride (ce je v blizini) v manj kot 5 min. Top, tudi vozniki zelo prijazni

Končna cena je enkrat vecja kot pa je prikazano v aplikaciji.
Neprijaznost osebja
Ko poklical na Taxi Metro telefonsko številko, kjer sem naletel na zelo neprofesionalno in neprijazno gospodično. Ko sem pričel z dialogom, je zaposlena odgovorila zelo neprofesionalno in nesramno ter prekinila vezo.

Nemogoce se je logirati preko sms sporocila saj ga nikoli ne dobis. Katastrofa app

Impossible to pay by card in the app
I wanted to pay by card and chose my card to pay when i confirmed the trip. But the driver said that it’s not possible to do in the app. By card means to pay by car in the car. Wtf? Why did i confirm my card in the app and chose it when confirmed the travel? As usual, in Slovenia technologies will come in 10 years.

Aplikacijo je potrebno izbrisati iz app store. Enostavno se ne mores logirati. Ostanem na ekranu kjer je potrebno vpisati 6 mestno stevilko ki naj bi jo dobil prek sms. Sms-a pa nikoli prejemes. Potem pa probas poklicat na stevilko 0801190 itak se noben nikol ne jav. Medtem ko cakas da te poveze ti pa nabijajo kako enostavno do taxi-ja z aplikacijo. Se cudim da sploh obstaja ta firma se.
