Taxis Palma

No sorry it actually worked once. I need a taxi at least 14 times a year. I give it a try everytime, but it will keep searching until I have to give up. When you try to call you will also wait forever. This app is a waste of time. Don’t try, just find a main road and put your hand up when a taxi drives by 🤚🏼

This is without a doubt THE WORST transportation app I have ever used. I would give it negative stars if I could. It literally does not ever work. Give you an error message every time you try to order a cab. And when you call their phone number, they hang up on you if you speak English. Pretty shocking for a completely tourist based place. This app / company is garbage.

App does not work. I just get a “code 32” error message when I try to book a taxi.

Una o dos veces fue bien, después no ha hecho más que dar error o cancelarse los viajes solos después de asignar conductor. Llegar tarde a citas importantes o ni siquiera llegar pidiendo el servicio con muchísima antelación (más de una hora antes para un viaje de 10min al hospital y quedarnos sin una cita que llevábamos esperando 1 año y medio…), si no funciona bien es mejor que no habilitéis la app para descarga y uso

Conseguí pillar solo una vez, ahora me sale mensaje de error y no consigo pedir. Después se enfadan con los uberes, los de aquí no consiguen implementar la tecnología en los servicios basicos
