Tayrex - Online Money Transfer

Made a transfer using this service and 3 days later the money is not remitted and they say they cannot refund. Never again will I use this service and use at your own risk!!!

They dont care about you or your money. Theyre greedy, evil people. Don’t use this or interact with these people.

I regret using this service. The customer service is terrible. They don’t respond promptly and they just don’t care. They will literally do the opposite of what you all then to do. The transactions take very long which is not helpful in an emergency or critical situation.

This is a wonderful app. However, can the list of receiving countries be increased! Like including Canada to the list of receiving countries? Thanks Good work to the team behind this by the way.

Support services zero. One minute they are good the rest of the year they are the worst exchange.

I have used this app over 10 times. The first two transactions were remitted quickly, within 5-10. But the other 8 took several hours and I have on multiple occasions contacted the customer service for them to look into the issue. Today’s transaction took over 5hrs for them to remit my acc. So if you need a speedie transaction, this is not the app for you.

An easy app to use, however can’t get receipts of previous transactions. If that is fixed, then a simple payment option

My profile/id is been under review since September. I had an emergency and had to sent money home, Reached out on all platform, no single response. Just horrible experience so far.

Do not transact with this business, customer service is terrible and you’ll literally have to beg to get your money out. I repeat seek better alternatives!!
