Dezamăgitor
Am făcut o comandă la ora 18.10 cu livrare estimată în 50 min. A ajuns la ora 20:20. Am sunat la restaurant pe la 19:00 și mi s-a spus ca este gata comanda demult, însă nu a venit niciun livrator să o ridice. Pizza mult așteptată de copii a venit rece, sleită după 2 ore jum. Pe aplicație poți vorbi doar cu un bot, care dă răspunsuri standard fără să ajute deloc.
Nu recomand
Foarte slabă, fără livratori. Am comandat pe 1 și nu a găsit livrator. Pe 3 au anulat comanda. Dezamăgit. Nu o să o mai folosesc.
Ce-a mai proasta aplicație cu cel mai prost management
Trei comenzi plătite cu cardul, au luat bani și după două ore nu răspunde restaurantul …. Am sunat restaurantul… spune ca are Tazz-ul închis ca nu livrează și ei i-au bani ….multumesc nu imi mai trebuie
Nu folosiți
Mi a venit comanda incompletă și când am încercat să dau de cei de la aplicație ca mă despăgubească nu au răspuns ,prin urmare am rămas cu comanda incompletă și fara bani ,nu recomand
Foarte slab
Cea mai slabă aplicație de livrari. Timp de livrare care poate ajunge și la 3 ore. Mâncarea ajunge rece. Nu recomand
Cea mai infe**ă aplicație
O stea e mult pentru ce faceți cu comenzile. Sper să dați faliment curând și să nu mai existați pe piață, ca nu meritați. Sunteți niște..știți voi, ca nu am voie să scriu aici. Multă multă..sănătate.
Cea mai proasta aplicație de food delivery din România
Vă recomand să folosiți oricare altă aplicație. Timpul estimativ nu are niciodată treabă cu realitate, în cazurile bune. Iar 1/3 comenzi nu ajung la adresa din diferite motive. E aproape imposibil să iei legătura cu o persoană reală de la support.
O porcarie de aplicatie
Sunt total neprofesionisti, ultimele 5 comenzi mi-au intarziat, mi-au venit cu produse lipsa si cand incerci sa aflii informatii te preia un robot si iti inchide discutia fara ca tu sa poti spune ceva, nu exista suport la comenzi. Mult mai buna aplicatia si stafful glovo, recomand Glovo nu aceasta mizerie de aplicatie

Worst communication ever, 1 h waiting to speak to representatives, unacceptable
