The app is very smooth, easy to navigate and use for transactions. The only downfall is the messy screening of available amount in different currencies summed up in priority currency, but that has nothing to do with the app itself but generally unpractical Georgian banking system.

მოკლედ, ძალიან შევწუხდი ამდენი კალკულაციებით და თხოვნა იქნება ინვესტიციების დეშბორდი დახვეწოთ. მოსალოდნელი დივიდენდური შემოსავალი გამოიტანეთ, ასევე თითოეულ კომპანიაზე კარგი იქნება თუ მექნება დეტალების სია სადაც ეწერება რომელ რიცხვში რამდენი სტოკი ვიყიდე, რა ფასში და რამდენია მოგება მაგ კონკრეტულ ტრანზაქციაზე. მთლიანობაში რა თანხა მაქვს გადატანილი საბანკო ანგარიშიდან და რამდენი მაქვს მთლიანობაში მოგება (აქციის ფასის, დივიდენდის და სარგებლის გათვალისწინებით). დარიცხულ დივიდენდს მიუთითეთ რომ დაბეგრილია თორემ ასე გაუგებარია დაბეგრილი ირიცხება თუ დაუბეგრავი. Update: ახალი დეშბორდი წინას ჯობს თუმცა ტრანზაქციების ფილტრი აკლია. ტრანზაქციების paginationზე ბაგია. ბოლოში რომ გადის მერე ცარიელი მოაქვს და ტრანზაქციები არ გაქვსო მიწერს. პორტფელის ნაზარდი თანხა ისევ ცდომილებით არის. მე რაც მაქვს შევსებული ეგ რომ გამოვაკლო პორტფელის ღირებულებას შედარებით მეტია ვიდრე აპლიკაცია მიჩვენებს. Update 2: ტრანზაქციების CSV ამოექსფორთება დაამატეთ. თიბისის აპლიკაციას რადგანაც არ აქვს სასურველი დეშბორდი, სხვა აპლიკაციაში მარტივად გადატანაში ჩასაიმპორტებლად კარგი იქნებოდა csv. ახლა ხელით მიწევს სათითაო ტრანზაქციის შეყვანა Snowballზე.

They steal your money and treat it like it’s theirs, not yours. They have absolutely no respect to your property and will make transactions on your accounts without your approval or authorization. I closed all my accounts there.

Can’t find way to convert money and how to open a deposit. Very unintuitive design

App is good and user friendly but I’m tired of seeing the blue dot in settings for updating the app. This happens almost every single day and I’m starting to question the glitches behind the scenes. I have 10 different bank accounts across 3 different countries/continents. Never seen anything like this before. Super annoying for someone with ocd. Please, if possible never show me the blue dot in settings. I will update the app if needed or you can force update it if there is a serious issue.

Please update the UI, the app looks 10s as ****.

I suggest not providing app updates so frequently. You could collect all the bugs, fix them, and then release a new update. Every time I open the app, it tells me that it needs to be updated.”

What looked ok 5 years ago -is just obsolete nowaways - lags behind not only global fintech leaders like Revolut & Nu bank but fellow BoG: -no stories - limited investments app (does not work for resident non-Georgian s unlike BoG) - obsolete design - weak loaylty program and offering - premium Concept and WM clients have no benefits in the app - online remittances to TBC account does not work properly - payment of VAT and import fees never works in the app and could not fix it for 6 months already 🤦🏻‍♂️ - no integration of lifestyle offering of T-net - why you guys spend money on it at all?!
