Impossible to create the account
Impossible to create the account to buy the ticket, it says my account already exists despite seeing the app for the first time and trying 3 different e-mails… same for my travelling buddy, with each e-mail it says the account already exists. We tried to “recover password” the emails with password have never arrived. And so on.

Pour quoi faire
L’application est inutile, le réseau de transport inefficace, et frauder revient à être plus rentable.
Toujours des retards sur les horaires
Retards ou annulations des bus contrairement aux affichages abris bus. 3 passages de bus de suite BA106 supprimés ! Une honte pour cette agglomération
Validation trop poussive
Les bornes de validation ne captent pas les téléphones rapidement

J’ai un pass Noël qui ne fonctionne pas au passage P+R alors qu’il est inclus dans le pass

Une catastrophe
L’app fonctionnait plutôt bien avant la dernière refonte. Depuis c’est une catastrophe : bugs partout, déconnexion tous les 3-4 jours. Je n’utilise plus la fonction de trajet, je vais dans Google Maps.
