TC2000

Can no longer add tickers to watchlist via app, when using app if away from computer, you automatically get logged out of desktop platform which didn’t happen before two weeks ago. Please update the app

I love this application on desktop, great for charts and paper trading, testing strategies etc. I run the app on iPhone 6s with IOS 11 but app crashes consistently when I search for a stock, select the ticker.. then.. crash. Hence 3 stars. Please fix!

This app is extremely outdated. It looks like it was wrote in the 80's and needs completely rewritten.

So can I only use this if I'm a premium subscriber? I use the free version(registered) but really wanted to cross it over to iphone. Doesn't really clarify this matter anywhere. Disappointed.

I downloaded this app for my iPad and iPhone 5 and it works Great! You do need to have it set up on your Mac or PC as well though otherwise it probably won't work. As I do use TC2000 on my PC at home and I also subscribe to the TC2000 service it works great for me. If you were to just download the app without it installed on your Mac/PCM and with subscription would be no use (as written in previous review by other reviewer) Happy Dealing!

Downloaded & would'nt even open. Pointless!

I have TC2000 on my laptop & it's a great improvement on Telechart 2007 - so I was really excited when TC2000 became available as an app - but so disappointed that the app simply doesn't work! It keeps freezing on me - and no amount of deleting and reinstalling seems to work. Come on guys, please get your technical people to sort this out. I've been a Platinum member for a few years now, you've got a great concept here, please, please sort this app out so we can all use it on the move

just can't get the app to work. There are no instructions and the help feature is basic to say the least. I don't seem to manage to create chart templates, all I can see are the 3 first indicators (TimeFrame, Template and Zoom). Even those don't stay when adjusted, i.e. I choose 1 Day View and when I go back to the chart, it shows 5 Minutes. Very annoying. BTW, this is not an iPad app, but a blown-up iPhone app. It doesn't sync watchlists as promised. EasyScans shows 1 pre-programmed scan (Breaking Up From Pullback) which - surprise - doesn't work. Viewing charts - I can't adjust the timeframe. For example, if I want to see a daily view, I need to select the Month button at the bottom. This shows me about 2 months worth of candles. There is no intuitive way to view daily candles for the year, also there is no way to draw trend lines on the screen. If I adjust the view, it doesn't stay adjusted and reverts back to what it was initially when I return to the chart. All in all, great idea, really really bad execution. The app is pretty much useless for active trading. I have my trading software on my iPad as well as email/skype to call my broker if need be, yahoofinance for financial info - the only thing missing is a good charting software. I pay a lot of money for TeleCharts and it works beautifully on my PC - surely you guys can sort it for the iPad!

No update in 4 years? With how expensive this service is one would think they could get off their butts and create a real interface for Mac and mobile users. Look how nice and easy RobinHood is. This service should be 1/4 of what they charge since you need to use Parallels to even access it.

I rely on the web version to watch for market trends. Even though I don’t trade on this service, I like the ample space, different time ranges, views and drawing functions. But the app version is a disappointment. It is very basic. It doesn’t use the screen format wisely. It’s slow to switch from vertical to horizontal and vv. It doesn’t zoom in or out… let’s just say it is just doesn’t seem made for my device’s screen and it does offer the most useful tools. It’s mostly just to look at. Having said that, however, I do recommend the web version.
