Poor Service
Be careful with same day purchases. They don’t have tickets and depend on sellers to transfer. I missed the beginning of my event and they refused to even waive the service charge.
Fake tickets
I bought tickets for a Dallas Stars game and when I received a confirmation email for the tickets thru Ticketmaster, I could not view the tickets at all. I called Ticketmaster and they saw that the tickets only said “Extra Event”. Basically the tickets were not tickets. I spent $193.10 on non tickets. Will NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN! Total scam! Use SeatGeek instead, at least every ticket is real. Would give 0 stars but that is not an option.
Awesome Maps
Love scrolling through the ticket list and seeing where the tickets are on the map and their prices. Great way to find cheap Cardinals tickets.
Easily the best tickets app
At one point or another I've had all the major ticket apps (stubhub, seatgeek), but they're just not very good. Lots of crashes and bad ticket searching. What I like about this app is that there are a million different ways to find different seats. It's hot in Atlanta, so being able to find shaded tickets is a blessing now that it's summertime. Or if I want to spend more on the 755 Club, I can find the best deal by looking at the map. Cool maps and tons of options. Ticket prices seem to be about on par with everyone else, but it's so much easier to find good deals. Big step up from wverything else I've used.
