TCL Connect

The app is telling me that the IMEI is wrong (which it isn’t) and the watch won’t provide a QR code. This is very frustrating.

The App now says I have no devices connected? I can not pair as it’s is already bound I did a reset and restart on device uninstalled and installed App - no change I can not see, manage or track watch! Watch is working and sim is making calls For a device that is not paired I still Recieve notifications? Not functional please help I have tried the contact us but no response

TCL Alcatel Nokia. Call it what you will. Got a problem - too bad. IMEI number is INVALID. Can anyone help? Does anyone want to help? No and No. Don’t buy this watch. It’s junk. Stick to Apple, at least they have a place to go where someone can help, this company is beyond amateur. 0/10.

The app won’t let us log back in tried everything and your customer service centre is a joke as they never answer

Please update so kids can send a quick message back even if they are preset. Kids can only send an emoji or voice message.

Since the update we can no longer call the watch, this is SO ANNOYING!! Fix it Alcatel!

Hi I have problem with my sons TCL watch. I can’t call him , he can call us but we can’t get him. We tried to change SIM card but is still the same. We have this watch for more then a year and we didn’t have any problem until now. We updated app 2 days ago and now we have this problem. Tried to call help service but they are not working!!! Can someone help me I don’t know what to do? Regards Slobodan

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE TO THE BELOW Hi Since updating the firmware in his movie time watch I cannot call my son unless I have the zero in front of the number He cannot call me unless I remove the zero So I have my number in the contacts twice so we can call one another It also keeps changing the time zone back to another country from Australia This is very inconvenient considering you can only put ten phone numbers in the contacts Please fix this as this completely defeats the purpose of the tcl connect to the movie time watch this worked great until this firmware update

I have the same issue, since the recent update we cannot call the kids anymore. Also, the reminder function doesn’t work properly - when it is set to every week it goes on every day. Please fix these issues with an update ASAP (rather than having to send the watches in...)!!!
