I recently started using AdvisorClient for my investments through a financial advisor. I had been using TD Ameritrade. The TD Ameritrade consumer app is head and shoulders above the AdvisorClient app. I am not sure why they are so different. AdvisorClient’s information is so sparse and more than a light version of the TD Ameritrade app. Please take some time to copy the features of the consumer app into this one.
My password works on the website but not on the app. Every time I call they tell me that they don’t know why and to Chnage my password, but then we are back to square one. And don’t get me started with the other problems that have been mentioned by other reviewers. What a shame
How can this app that is supposed to provide a snapshot of your portfolio’s performance not have a chart showing performance over time?!?! This is easily the least helpful investment app I have ever seen. Schwab, please get this horrible app replaced with yours.

This is a terrible app. Face login in fails very often and navigating to what information you want is difficult if you can even access what you want. It’s as if they are discouraging the use of this app intentionally to drive business away from private fiduciaries that send their clients here.

My TD Ameritrade Advisor Client app does not have the Message feature. I have to use an internet browser and sign on to the TD Ameritrade site in order to read any message sent to my account. This is not a small inconvenience. Will this be fixed soon?
The app itself seems OK but having to log in every other day after Face ID has been enabled is annoying.
Simple, but unacceptably unusable in 2022. FaceID creds disappear for no reason, data fetches painfully slow. Come on devs, get this together!
