App works fine on my iPhone, but for the life of me it will not let me log in on my iPad. Hasn’t for weeks and it’s quite frustrating as I like using the iPad more for my banking than the iPhone. Keeps saying wrong password even though the exact same password works fine on my iPhone. Fix it please. And before you say to call you, be aware that I am deaf and it’s even more frustrating to make phone calls.
Just like the title says, what’s with all the different shades of green in this app? Inconsistent UI.
After one year using their services, I could say us the worst bank of Canada, if you want a bank who does not help with your financial goal go with Td bank
Worst of the big 5, can’t even log in. Only thing this app is good for is to expedite calls to the phone line
App is useless at this point, you can no longer see your payments / payment history, among other features the app used to have but were taken away.
The rewards been a promise for years and the bank cheaped out on settle ment pay outs they blocked payment by forcing system up grades so it’s a shady bank
Whenever I get sent money sometimes I don’t get the money sent and on top of that the money that’s already in my account is taken I had 0.38$ in my account and when my mom said she sent me 20$ I checked my account again and I was missing 0.30$ and the 20$ was no where to be seen please fix this issue
Stop screwing with the app, it was perfectly fine now I can’t see the history of past bills you expect me to go through every transaction I made when I just want to see when I last paid a bill You guys have made it more difficult. It pisses me off so much. I’m looking into the CIBC app allows me to do and whether I should just move my funds there.
For the last several days, I’ve been unable to log in to the app or EasyWeb. I get an error message that says We’re Fixing It, but it doesn’t get fixed. I even tried deleting and redownloading the app, but nothing works. Totally useless!
