Does not work

I plugged my pc eye 5 into iPad and it didn’t work. I plugged in between a powered usb hub, it did not work either. I am frustrated. It cost me too much and my little sys who needs it is frustrated . I have the feeling it is made difficult so that we buy their 12.000,00€ pack (iPad + pc eye ) ata lunatic price. This is ridiculous
