Amazingly a robust and faultless app that works seamlessly with my NR CD7. Have been using it for over a month pretty much every day and has never failed a connection to my server or my Teac. Highly recommended!!!

TEAC HR Streamer is a high-definition audio player application for the iPad/iPhone, designed to work with TEAC Network Audio Players.
TEAC HR Streamer allows iPad/iPhone users to conveniently manage network audio playback on their devices, enriching the experience by displaying cover art and allowing the creation of custom playlists etc.

◆Fast response
･The system automatically reads tagged information in advance and pre-fetches album art images, allowing users to quickly browse through libraries.
･When adding a new music file to the library, the process of retrieving associated data is consequently very quick.
◆Straightforward onscreen browsing
･The easy-to-read screen is divided into three panels: playlist, music selection and playback operation.
･Album art is neatly tiled.
･Album art uses high resolution imagery which can be enlarged or reduced for viewing.
･System functionality includes a powerful search and sort by filter/category facility.
Content can be searched by keyword and also can be sorted by song name, album title, artist, composer, genre, and year of recording.
･Easier operation of high resolution streaming services such as Tidal and Qobuz, thanks to the use of a browsing screen that’s similar to that used for accessing local content.

Excellent software
EASY TO USE. Responsive, fast, accurate album art retrieval, works over a wide range of DNLA playback platforms (I’m using it with Volumio). What more could you want? Well... auto scanning of new music files adding them to the Library would be the icing on the cake. TEAC please add this to achieve perfection.
