No real support rely on another app. And due to having move to another country I’m stuck paying for a years contract. In other words paying for nothing they state

Richie & Rachel are a inspiration to many and dedicate their lives to helping others. This app is an accumulation of years of hard work and knowledge and I am very grateful to be part of their group and to have access to this fantastic app!!

Morning guys been on it 10 days lost few lbs my weight seems to be same this week ! I do struggle to get steps in am 66 1/2 and a pensioner and work 46 hrs am struggling to get to gym just to tired but getting plenty walking done ! Any tips wee bit flat today x

Trying to link my fitness pal to app and get a bad 400 error

Useless. Does not connect to My Fitness Pal, their own calorie tracker - ‘Bite Me’ - fails to load. Not really sure what the point in this is.

Great App simple to understand and user friendly, with Bite Me u couldn’t ask for an easier system.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS SCAM! The Team RH application fails to provide a centralised service to its customers, and instead, requires a heavy reliance on synchronisation from third party sources for its core functionality to operate effectively. Had it operated in a manner whereby meal planning/calorie counting and step tracking were monitored by first party means, this would have been more in-line with the service that was expected at point of purchase. This would therefore have been more appealing than the need to alternate between separate applications, which can already be obtained and utilised free of charge and/or without subscription. If the Team RH application provided these functions without the aforementioned reliance on external sources, it would be of significantly greater value for money than it is in its present form. Be absolutely sure this is what you want before you sign up. Unless you dig into their terms and conditions, specifically section 13, there is no mention of them using MyFitnessPal anywhere until you’ve signed up. Once their application is downloaded and you log in, they’ve got you, and there’s no way out. Why should people be paying for something that isn’t fit for purpose? It doesn’t work if you don’t fill in the gaping holes with other apps like MyFitnessPal and Apple Health. In addition, all of the exercise videos are available for free on YouTube. There’s nothing exclusively offered here. He makes a big case for the “fine-tuned” algorithm, but that’s a rather poor excuse. Other online service and applications (Strava, Fitbit and Nutracheck) offer very similar features to Team RH in terms of calorie tracking. I’m very sure they will use similar algorithms to perform necessary calculations as well. None of those companies lock you into contracts and threaten you with court proceedings for wishing to cancel. They also don’t have you waive your cancellation rights to access their services. Please, everyone! Read the one star reviews. Do your homework! Tread carefully with the biased five star reviews. These are neither truthful nor genuine. Refrain from getting sucked into the trap by his clown’s TikTok circus act where he and his like-minded cultists deem it necessary to engage in ridiculing other people.

Amazing app and organisation thank you so much. Losing weight and keeping it off. It’s a great sustainable lifestyle. You have taught me so much about diet. Nutrition and maintenance of my goals ♥️🌟🌟🌟🌟

App is simple and easy to use. Help point you to the RH community for support. Would recommend 😊

I love everything about Team RH. The whole ethos of what Richie is trying to achieve is great. No nonsense, no excuses, 100% accountability. The app itself is great! It is clear, gives you your calorie goal, protein etc. It is flexible, I have a disability and am unable to complete the steps that able bodied people would so I’ve adjusted the steps accordingly. The goals that are set are 100% achievable. The calorie goal is great, I’m never hungry, I still eat treats etc but am still dropping the lbs! This is not a diet - it is a lifestyle choice in my opinion. Yes, I’m in a calorie deficit to lose weight but tbh it doesn’t feel like it! This app & this plan in general are teaching me portion control, how to be accountable for everything that I eat and with that there is a feeling of security. I don’t worry about my weight going up anymore. I’m safe in the knowledge that it’s steadily dropping 🎉 Do not hesitate in downloading this app and joining Team RH. It’s literally one of the best things I’ve ever done.
