Do not waste your money buying this guys terrible product and horrible customer service. This guy is a complete scam! Want to cancel? Oh fill out this entire questionnaire as to why you are canceling and everything that you paid for will be deleted. An absolute joke do NOT waste your money!

I don’t know why I thought I would be any different than the other recent reviews but I did and sent this person money. Stupid me. Just as everyone else is saying, no replies, no information, no communication. Nothing. Don’t be like me. Be smarter.

I followed Ryan Spiteri for a while on IG and liked the before and after photos so thought I’d buy a plan. I should have just used one of the many free plans available on the internet. It was a generic, very high rep workout with a diet of 1300 calories a day. My goal is to put on weight and gain muscle, so none of that makes sense. I thought the meal plan would be helpful, but it’s just one day of suggested diet foods. Again, go to any free fitness website and they’ll give you the same info for free. The app crashes and doesn’t work. After many emails with Ryan, he promised a refund but it never came though. I feel scammed.

This person is taking people’s money and laughing all the way to the bank.

It’s been days now I want my app to reset because I got the diet plan late and I couldn’t start my plan in time. I can’t access app without uploading weekly picture update. And I’m on week 2 and I haven’t started yet! Money wasted!!

They took my money, issued wrong plan for me, my husband never got his plan, and the support team/communication is non existent. Thieves! Crooks! Don’t buy! Beware These people are awful!

Have yet to get a new workout still have week 1 workouts! Weekly updates sent in on time and yet I receive nothing as far as updates to workouts or meal plans. Spent more time filling out the questionnaire than actually using the app. Completely dissatisfied with the entire experience!

Do not, do not, get this program. The app states it take 48 hours to create a customized meal plan and workout plan (which I’m hearing isn’t truly custom). I’ve been waiting 5 days for this plan to activate. And it’s counting against the days the program is available. So technically I’m on day 3 with no content.

I don’t know why some people are giving such negative reviews? Very easy to navigate through and love how Ryan and his team updates the program in such a timely manner!! 💪Seems like it must be user error to those who are having issues!?
