Since update 6 days ago, can’t login due to server error.
The booking process is not optimised for iPhone 14 Pro screen size. The UI hides the co firm button below the page limit so you cannot proceed. There is not capacity to reclaim a credit on the account. I had a £74 credit but have to pay 100% of the new booking. In the end you have to input card details, in this day and age why not just implement Apple Pay? Nearly gave up personally.
Terrible app! Doesn’t move on from loading status…
When I go onto the app and click on the new customer button it starts to load then it keeps loading and just never stops and I have been waiting to get on for 2 months
Error connecting to servers every time.
Cannot book any experiences due to the layout of the screen. The book button is located off of the screen and only visible upon swiping up/down but then the book button slides back off of the screen
A) Landscape mode doesn't work, it rotates briefly then returns to portrait. B) You can't book sessions using the app. The grey bar with 'done' covers the red button at the bottom of the screen so it's not possible to progress further in the iOS app.
Been using the app since October 2023, when my lad started karting, features like live race and driver display are great when he’s out on track, so you can keep track of lap times and positioning. However, these features have not been working since before Christmas at the Nottingham track, so having to rely on emails at the end of the session for the lap times
Almost impossible to complete a transaction successfully. First attempt it invariably changes you a random amount at check out (between 2 and 2.5 times more than it should), once you empty basket and re attempt it asks you to login again and confirm with code on email which is never sent. In the end decided to cut my losses and just use call centre.
