For whatever reason, I can access this on the Internet when I input my email and password, but it's impossible on the app. I've tried everything and I have no choice but to delete.
Yes, Tebra Kiosk (Kareo) is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.

It would be great if this “kiosk” could check patients in or there was some way that patients could check in via the portal or something. They put all this money into patient pop merger, and so forth, but people can’t even check in unless the walk up to you and let you know. And half the time, it doesn’t sent the forms over
Very frustrating trying to use on a IPad. Have asked my provider to use email to communicate with me.
iPad app does not work. Can’t open patient intake forms. Works ok on iPhone but doesn’t work on iPad. Submitted multiple support tickets and had them “elevated to engineers” and then never heard back. Several times. Not acceptable for a program of this expense.
App works well most of time, the sync sometimes is not accurate and you have to re-sync it. Otherwise it works great
The app glitches a lot, it freezes and we’ve had to delete and redownload it… we only use it because we have to since we have the Kareo EMR system. I wish they would improve it
