Pay for products
Pay for your purchase quickly and securely via the app. Simply enter your payment method in your profile. Alternatively, you can of course also pay for your purchase with your debit or credit card at the tegut... teo payment terminal. By the way, you can save your receipt digitally and call up your last purchases at any time. This saves paper and helps the environment.

Wozu die App?
Bei meinem nächstgelegenen Teo funktioniert der Zugang ausschließlich mit Kreditkarte, also nirgends ein QR Code in der App zu entdecken. Danach müssen alle gewünschten Produkte selbst gescannt und danach ganz klassisch mit Kreditkarte und PIN bezahlt werden. Obwohl zumindest die App mit meiner Kreditkarte verknüpft ist, sieht man nicht mal die Rechnung. Also wozu braucht man überhaupt die App?
Gute App, kleine Nachbesserungen möglich
App ist alles in allem gut. wäre cool, wenn man Girokarte oder Lastschrift als Zahlungsmittel hinterlegen könnte.

Sehr cooles Konzept und passende App. Der neue teo-Shop in Marburg ist wirklich top. Weiter so und ich freue mich auf mehr teos 👍
Tolles Kozept!
Ich kenne teo aus Fulda und liebe das Konzept! 24 h am Tag einkaufen mit der App klappt bei mir super und ich hatte noch nie Probleme.
Visa Karte funktioniert nicht
Habe mich jetzt zweimal angemeldet und die Testzahlung ausgelöst. Die 1€ wurden jeweils vom Visa-Konto abgebucht und dann wieder drauf. Trotzdem muss man bei jeden neuen öffnen der App die Kreditkarte neu hinterlegen weil die Felder leer sind. Da stimmt doch was nicht??? Ich nutze iPhone mit iOS-Version 17.6.1 Trotzdem Frage: WARUM GEHT DAS NICHT ÜBER APPLE PAY? In jedem Rewe-Markt kann man so bezahlen.
Leider nicht überall vorhanden…
Wie kann es sein, dass es in einer Stadt wie Gießen zwar Tegutläden gibt aber keinen, der an dieses einkaufsystem Teo angebunden ist? Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Ich kriege kein Q code! Ich habe alle schritte gemacht, registriert, konto erstellt und habe kein Code?? Waise jemanden was die Probleme ist?
App is such a bad idea
All the time and info taken in the process of making the account as if I was gonna buy a house and ended up not even working at the very door…
Teo App hat eine schlechte Bezahlfunktion
Um die App nutzen zu können bzw. damit zahlen zu können muss man seine Zahlungsdaten hinterlegen, dabei kann man aber nur aus Visa oder Mastercard wählen, sprich andere Karten kann man nicht hinterlegen, erst Recht nicht eine handelsübliche EC Karte/Girocard sprich reguläre Bankkarte. Man braucht also zwangsläufig eine Kreditkarte von Visa oder Mastercard damit es mit App Bezahlen überhaupt funktioniert. Amex und andere Anbieter von Kreditkarten fallen ebenso aus. Es gibt nur die zwei zur Auswahl. Daher eigentlich noch nicht mal ein Stern wert.
