Media upload hit and miss

As a tech, recording and uploading media is a nightmare, it works sometimes but a majority of the time I need to restart the app and restart a video which takes time away from actually getting work done.

No log in…

I just updated the app and now it won’t let me log in. I’m logged in on my computer so I know my log in information is correct. This app is an absolute mess.

No Messaging Capability

As a service writer, being able to message my customers away from my desk is huge for optimal satisfaction. This app lacks that ability sadly. I have to either send pictures to my computer and upload from there or load the web version on my iPhone. Pain because the lack of real estate on my screen makes it hard to scroll around to see what you need to do.

Tekitron is fantastic

Loving this app.. esp early morning when it counts.. really gets the job done. 10/10 guys!

Push notifications not working. Please fix !!!

Ability to add picture of DL & Ins AFTER creating deal

Salespeople can’t add DL and Ins to deal after creating deal number. This needs to be fixed

Straight garbage

So many useless screen you have to go through so many bugs I hate this app and wish we never went to this garbage

Please for the love of god… push notifications to a locked phone is a MUST have for this app.

Garbage app

Started using this app about a month ago to “increase” productivity and efficiency. Find myself wasting more time recording videos for the customer because they do not load. A bunch of redundancy through the entire platform

Cannot Use

Having to close the app numerous times and reinstall it just do to my job. Annoying
