Vague answers
I consulted with a Dr. I paid for the consultation. However the responses I received are very vague and not helpful. Moreover The Dr terminated my session after only replying so-so answers.

I, no longer getting reply when I need it the most.

I private messaged 3 doctors and no one replied me lol. This app is a joke because I had to pay RM20 to message them. Update: They have notified the doctors and I have been prescribed some medications. Good service!

Such a useful app and the doctors reply are so prompt! Very helpful especially during critical time. I highly recommend this app to everyone!
