اواجه مشكله عند التحويل حيث يضهر الغاء وموافقه في نفس المكان مما يمنع عملية التحويل وعند سؤال احد موضفين فروعكم قال ان المشكله في الهاتف مع العلم ان هاتفي جيد وكل التطبيقات تعمل

تطبيق اكثر من رائع ، سرعة في السداد والتحويل والاستلام ينقصكم شيء واحد ..! وهو تفعيل البطاقات من داخل التطبيق اونلاين دون الحاجة لزيارة الفرع . لكن عموماً التطبيق يثير الإعجاب 👍 ، موفقين .

A lot of errors and recurrent notice of update but no update !!!

I sent money to India for an emergency. But even after 15 days, the money was not received in the country , And visit the branch four to five times Contacted the customer care number several times and after that the money was refunded But the amount refunded was less than 55 riyals, Due to this my honor was lost and my loan was pending and I lost my time and my money……(227081933658)
