Backgrounds don’t load at all ! What a waste of money

Well I’m trying out the new app that I paid over a hundred dollars for, for the lifetime use, but when I go to download my own music to use, it crashes and I lose what I was working on. Please fix and I’ll give you a better review.

I’ve been trying for over a month now to get on. I have asked for help time and time again. I paid for an app that I can’t even use. i’ve been in touch with Nickolay several times and I’m still not able to do anything with this app. I do not get the same options that shows on the app at this point it’s useless to me please refund my money.

Confusing app. Not as expected. Requested a refund a few times (as advertised) within 2 days of purchase & no response. Very difficult to get a hold off as well. It’s a scammer app. Not recommended. It’s not cheap either.

I hate it

This app is useless and doesn’t work. I did everything that the help section said to do and it doesn’t work. I can’t even upload a picture background. The only good thing was that the camera works. Please fix it.

I found this app wasn’t for me and I’ve been trying for well over a week to get the refund that is advertised as $ back guarantee but there’s ALWAYS an excuse as to why. I’ve had to dispute the charge. You shouldn’t have to jump through hoops when it’s a $ back guarantee

This program seems to work fairly well although it is a bit finicky when it comes to green screen. Not nearly as easy to use as it’s advertised. Also can’t get any sort of results at all for anything small or macro. I have a jewelry business and thought this could be cool but never got it to work. I’ve come back to this app several times to see if I can figure it out but after two years still not one use for it. Any sort of light source will also wash out everything and while every other camera as well as my phone camera does well when in this app everything is terribly washed out. Would love to see this work for macro and would love to see a way to adjust light sensitive settings

Not sure how user friendly this app is supposed to be… but I found it too difficult to deal with.

The instructional videos should be separated into one application at a time. It should be large enough to follow along, too small, and slow down and don’t assume we all know what you know, we don’t.
