This app is so disappointing, I can’t believe people recommend it or that it has a decent rating. It is so glitchy and slow! Takes forever to even save a simple change to a video. Took 10 minutes to upload a 1 minute video, thought it would help to delete and reinstall the app it got so bad and when I did that I actually LOST A VIDEO I was working on that I didn’t have saved anywhere else. The absolute worst! Wish I knew about CapCut before wasting money on this garbage.

I have constant sound issues. Sometimes it records sound and sometimes it just records video but no sound. Seems to be working now. Other than that I love the app!

This app takes forever to generate a video with captions, freezes, the app crashes, constantly, every time i use it. I just tried to make a simple 90 second video and it froze. I closed the iphone app, didnt help, deleted it, reinstalled, didnt help. Nothing helped. I wish I could get my $50 back!

First of all, you need a paid version to get the videos off the app to the computer. 2: after 3 hours of trying, they finally started uploading to the cloud to get them off the app. 3: they upload very slowly. 4: if you leave the app it restarts. SO, it won’t load in the background. 5: doesn’t seem to be a way to edit clips like a regular video editor. It only trims beginning and end. What’s the point of that. 6: now I tried to add subtitles and it keeps giving me errors. This is the worst app I have ever used. Don’t waste your time. And I recorded a bunch of takes through the app. Which were then stuck on there. In order to download them to use another app you have to upgrade so you can add them to cloud then download. I did fee trial and canceled right away. ABSOLUTE TRASH. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Amazing to post videos

I was very drawn in by the promises and ease of what this app offered. Very slick marketing and some potentially very innovative in integrations. What I found was some of the simplest things such as just recording a video on your iPhone outside of recording in their own app and then trying to add subtitles or even your company logo more times than not did not work. I know less than five separate occasions reaching out to the Technical Support they said they would review and get into it and get back to me. That never happened. This is gone on several times where the Technical Support literally is nonexistent. I would have stayed with this app if they simply would’ve corrected many of the bugs and had the professionalism to just respond with the issues that were going on which were backed up by the videos sent to them. On camera they’re very persuasive, but behind the scenes is a completely different story. At this point, I cannot recommend this app and actually requested a refund.

I tried the big view and it was so very simple and the three temp was great. I loved it. I love how it videotapes me in the script right there was just super super simple thank you.

Sometimes I have audio and sometimes not. It says it is connected. I lost 3 recordings until finally using no microphone. I tried different order to plugging in mic and does not make sense.
