Here's how it works...
You read from a script while filming yourself in high definition. The prompter script (or autocue) scrolls next to the camera lens, helping you make eye contact with your audience.
They won't know you're reading from a script!
After recording, you can edit your video - add your logo, resize for social media, replace background using a green screen, add text and automatically caption the video using the timings from your recording (or export a .srt file for uploading captions on social media). You can even add a background music track using our royalty-free audio.
The 'floating' mode allows you to overlay the script on top of other apps, such as the native camera app. It's perfect for live streaming on social media.

Great app, just one minor annoyance
The app works super well so far and has great features. The only reason for not giving five stars is that I am forced to edit the videos recorded with this app on my computer in another app afterwards to add the subtitles, if I want them to follow the color scheme of my other videos.
There are mainly two things missing in my case:
1) we can’t enter an html color code manually for subtitle text color - there is only a dot on a color matrix and getting a precise color is absolutely impossible. The html color code is already there, I would just like to be able to edit the code instead of dragging that horrible dot across millions of colors.
2) there is no option for adding an outside stroke to the subtitle text.
Other than that, I highly recommend this app!

Sound screws up with headphones
Apple headphones plugged in but my videos have no sound

I really loved this app, but for some reason every time I make a video it stops midway through, and I can’t seem to make an entire video without it stopping on its own

Very easy to use
Teleprompter
It's got a couple of lumps and bumps, but generally speaking, lots of capability for low cost. I've reported a couple of bugs and the team is friendly (despite my frustration), and helpful, and happy to look into issues, and fix.
