I am 74 years young and till these last few months I’ve never ever used Mobil banking. One of the best things I’ve done! I love everything about it. All I have to do is pick up my phone and all my information about my money is right in my hand. Thank You Telhio for setting this up for me, and safely taking care of my money. I am forever grateful…..❤️❤️

I have to change my password every time I get on to my laptop to access my account

This app is comprehensive and lovely. Easy to navigate, with lots of widgets and joy !

Many taps to get to bill pay is still a pain

App no longer functions after update. It was fine before I updated.

I love that I can check it out anytime day or night.

You used to be able to log in with a pin, like most other modern apps. This was super convenient on mobile. Now you have to mess around with passwords and verifications each time you log in. Why did you remove this feature? To rub salt in the wound, there’s now cloudflare bs…in an app? Is someone really hitting your app so hard you need that? Ads for scammy credit monitoring services…what’s going on over there? You’re literally just phoning it in at this point. Did you just give up? Do you need help writing your app?

I have been a Telhio member for 54 years and have never had anything but great experiences. Mobile banking is fast, accurate and like the Credit Union just great
