De Tellie Family app zorgt voor meer verbinding en minder eenzaamheid.
Snel even bellen met je familie in het zorgcentrum? De familie die jouw kan zien op hun groot TV scherm? Dat kan dankzij de Tellie Family app en het Tellie platform.
Met de app kan u:
Media delen
• media en wenskaarten versturen
• digitaal fotoalbum beheren (elk familielid kan tot 20 foto’s in zijn digitaal fotoalbum beheren. Zodoende heeft de gebruiker tot 100 foto’s ter beschikking)
Videobellen
• videobellen tussen bewoners en hun familie (*mits hardware)
• videobellen tussen het zorgpersoneel en de bewoners (* mits hardware)
Hoe werkt het?
Vraag aan het WZC of ziekenhuis waar uw familie verblijft, om het Tellie platform aan te kopen. Als dit gebeurd is en de nodige Tellie Family licentie is aangekocht, kan u uw emailadres doorgeven aan het WZC.
Zij voegen dan het emailadres toe aan het Tellie platform en installeren de camera (hardware) die nodig is op het TV scherm in de kamer van de bewoner/patient.
Zodra dit gebeurd is, kan u de app downloaden.
Na installatie, kan u de bewoner in het WZC contacteren.
