Telpark allows you to pay and manage your parking in regulated areas such as the blue and green zones on public streets, just using your smartphone. There's no need to carry cash in your pockets, nor to search for a parking meter. Getting overcharged
1 - You rent a car. 2 - You register the car in the app. 3 - They allow you to park and open a parking session with a PREPAID system. 4 - Then you return the rented car. 5 - You try to remove the car from the app so you don't have to pay for that car anymore. 6 - They don't let you remove the car because you have a parking session opened (point 2, they opened it but they don't let you close it). 7 - Someone else rents the same car than you left, and this app starts charging you for someone else's parkings, and they don't let you remove the car from the app because you have a opened parking session
8 - they finally close the session opened on point 3 but they force you to pay someone else parkings. They say it is your fault because you didn’t remove the car from the app BUT you were no able to do it because of their bugs.
Estafa y pésimo servicio al cliente
La app parece buena, pero funciona mal y no cierra los estacionamientos. Después te cobran por estacionamientos que no hiciste porque su app funciona mal y NO se hacen cargo.
El soporte es LENTO y no se hacen cargo de los errores de su app.
Mucho cuidado con estos estafadores!!!
Desastrosa experiencia
Toda la experiencia fue un desastre, no solo por la app pero comenzando con la app. Imposible hacer andar ningún medio de pago, sea credito, debito, paypal, cambié de cuenta y puse la de mi padre y siguió fallando. Errores para agregar ese medio de pago, sea cual sea. Finalmente opté por ir derecho al garaje de Lisboa (baixa chiado), adonde pagué 97 euros por 36 horas de estadía..... finalment logré hacer la carga de un medio de pago (desinstalando la app, volvi a loguearme y anduvo sin problemas), por lo que concluyo que por algún problema en la app, se dan estos errores, no limpia datos de cuenta y genera algun cruce de datos. Encima cuando sí funcionó, la cámara del garaje leyó mal el número de matrícula y tuve que volver a reclamar, ya que desconocía mi reserva previa. Una experiencia olvidable.
