Description
Telpark allows you to pay and manage your parking in regulated areas such as the blue and green zones on public streets, just using your smartphone. There's no need to carry cash in your pockets, nor to search for a parking meter. You can make your payments, receive parking expiration alerts and cancel fine tickets without going to the parking meter.
Soon with Telpark you can also use many of the public parkings in the Empark universe (largest parking operator company in Spain), in a completely paperless way: access is made via license plate optical recognition at the parking entrance and exit points and payment is automatic with your Telpark account.
You can manage different vehicles and pay for them without stopping your business meeting, getting out of the cinema, nor interfering with your activity. Moreover, you don’t have to pay beforehand.

Bad customer service
Parking place in Valencia did not recognize my motorbike. Tried to press the support button, but no one responded. Sent an email and did not get an appropriate answer. I parked elsewhere in the end. Terrible service.

It took me more than 25 minutes to create and pay for a simple ticket. No map view, no selection for zones. Terrible !!!!
No way of stopping an started parking
App should have a feature to insert an end-date when adding a car for express access. For instance for rental cars. Or at least facilitate a way to stop a running “meter”.
Didn’t work
Tops that it is also in English - however registration didn’t work. It failed to sent confirmation email. Tried 2 different emails (and obviously checked spam). I needed it for electric charging so very frustrating. It would be better if you would also hook up to major European providers such as Plugsurfing and ShellRecharge.
Doesn’t work for tourists
Tried in Portugal but the app is asking you for a Portuguese tax number.

De computer in de parking van Palafrugell is Spaans georiënteerd. Een buitenlands nummerbord wordt verkeerd gelezen van de foto met als gevolg dat je er wel in komt, maar nooit meer uit. Wij noemen de parking ‘Hotel California’, you can check in any time you like but you can never leave.
Doesn’t work
Can’t get through the personal data usage consent screen: “an error has occurred” when tapping Confirm.
