The app sometime not responding, sometime it takes a lot of time to loading. It’s pretty frustrating whenever you want to see any updates or details. It’s in loading mode for 10 to 15 minutes. Even if you go to the website that is also take a lot of time whenever you are trying to login.
The app does everything I need, quick to view balance and statements. The transactions takes some time to load but otherwise I’m happy to see my balance growing everyday.
Works well for me on iPhone. Easy to check balance and view my “inbox” with TelstraSuper. Latest update has been really good.
Typically takes three or more repeated attempts to log in and review Super status. First it crashes and has to restart, secondly it freezes at the loading screen and doesn’t do anything, then thirdly it signs you out, asks for your full details and reinitialise the same security (face ID) that it just denied you access to. You’ve got millions of dollars. Couldn’t make a decent app with it?
The apps is a good idea. However I had much better experience with the app performance & user interface before updates were made over the last couple of months! The apps I understood were meant to improve the security, UX but my experience has been lackluster if not disappointing! Its now super slow, buggy & frequently crashed! Also it asked me to create a new user name( other than email & members ID ) but I don’t get the logic at all in terms of better security (seems no change! still 2FA/ multiple FA & biometric stuff!). I hope the developers look into those issues & solve them asap or allow users to roll back to the previous version until these issues are properly addressed
App no longer opens just hangs on front screen. Pity because when it worked it was really good
I have noticed for some time now, that this app stopped working on iPhone.
This app takes at least 10-15mins to open! I’ve never seen an app take this long to startup. Sometimes it doesn’t even do anything except get stuck at the splash screen.
Always slow to load, often taking over a minute to display Home Screen.
Why no app functionality for DB members? Looks like Telstra & Telstra super don’t care about DB members. Usual poor attitude from Telstra.
